The idea is to give the pictures no matter of the date.

You can do that in June if you'd like.

Feel free to do it on the date that you can work out.

But it is well suited for before Christmas.

Sorry to drag up an old post but I have another question about this. I would like to get this going in my town, but I am leaving the country for a couple weeks so Dec 10th wouldnt work out. I also think spring/early summer would be great for my area. Regarding the donor tools and in-kind donation receipts, are those available for events not on the selected HP day?

I am not sure about that one.

I'd suggest trying to email Kyle about that or posting on the open forum.

I don't think anyone who know the answer to that will see it here.
