I have seen some discussions regarding insurance however nothing specific.  What type of insurance and what has it run you in the past dollar wise. I have 40 Photogs, 15 hair & make up and 10-20 general volunteers at a  school gymnasium expecting up to 1500 families.. Any help is greatly apreciated
