Instead of re-inventing the wheel, my inquiry is to ask if there are documents for procedures for each role, for example volunteers, Photographers, Photographer Assistants, Editors, Video etc. Responsibilities for each role. Documents generic enough to tailor to your specific group but specific enough to give a good start. What has worked well for you in the past? My thought would be to build a library to draw from of Best Practices.
