So, this is our first year (in Boise) and we've seen a few photos/videos from last year that people have big banners hung at the event. I don't see any pre-designed banners in the downloads so I'm just wondering if I'm missing it somewhere or if people just created their own? If they created their own, does anyone have a template/design that they would be willing to share? We have a local company willing to print it, but we have no idea what size to do nor do I really have the true design skills to pull it together. Lol. ANY and ALL help/tips/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Use the logo guidelines and style guide as a start, A banner printer should be able to work with what they have. Also big suggestion: Place no date on the banner so you can use it next year. We are looking to get a vinyl banner made for year over year use.

Thanks. I was just hoping someone had one already designed. Lol. But yes, the no date is definitely the way we want to go! Good tip. We just want a basic banner to hang outside of the building where we're doing the event so that there's no confusion about where to go. :)

Ali, Any local Print Shop should be able to assist with the design of the banner using the style guides in the Downloads section. Our banner is printed on heavy vinyl and is coated for UV protection and will last for years. Grommets all around provide for mounting options. This is a 2ft by 6 ft banner and cost us about $45.00. Here you can see how it sizes up to common items. (doors, people, other signage)

Mark,

That is what we have here in NW Arkansas.  We have 4 2x6 banners that we had made here at a local print shop during the first year.  We paid for this with donations and the print shop donated 2.
