2012 Final Planning Meeting
All, We currently have around 40 volunteers. We have 9 confirmed sites. There have been several site location changes from years past.
I would like for us to meet up and make the final assignments and plans for the 8th.
At the very least we can do a Google Hangout, but I would rather we meet up in person if possible. How about Thursday night? I will try to get the conference room at Families First, but if that is not available, I am sure we can do Manuel's Tavern again. I will post back here when I know for sure which location.

All we have a space reserved at the Families First offices for Thursday night.
