Event Description
Season Opening Events in Orange Farm - Saturday, 1 September 2012!
A number of Free Portraits events are being held in Orange Farm to mark the start of the the 2012 Free Portraits programme.
See this post for more information and download this document with all the information about these shoots.
Portraits will be taken at a number of local community locations. RSVP for those specific events by clicking here or on the logo.
Summary of itinerary
- 08h00 – “Meet and Greet” at KFC at Palm Springs Mall GPS coordinates: S 26 29’44.2 E27 50’ 36.3 or -26.495622,27.843416.
- 08h30 – Head-out to shoot locations. Pick and RSVP for a shoot here.
- 09h00 – Start portrait session.
- 13h00 – Finish portrait session and return to KFC at Palm Springs Mall for lunch
- 13h30 – Burgers + Coke! Cost +/-R50 pp
Time to chill, relax and socialise with fellow volunteers - 15h00 – home-time for Hannes, those with pets to feed, nagging spouses and sissies too!
Costs:
Meals, travel and accommodation for own account. Volunteers are encouraged to travel together and share for fuel and toll fees.
Special Note:
All volunteers meet at 08h00 at KFC at Palm Springs Mall before heading-out to shoots at 08h30.
Photogs: Unlimited, although arranged in teams for the various shoot locations.
Portraits: up to +/- 4000

Black or White T-shirt ?
I still didn t buy a reflector, if someone have spare one or is selling one, I am intrested !
A bit late for this as well, buy is there anyone leaving from North Rivonia / Sunnyhill ?
