Event Description
Launch | 2012 Free Portraits Programme
Join us for pizza and the launch our 2012 Free Portraits programme at The Home of Photo at Brightwater Commons [the old "Randburg Waterfront"].
Whether you are an existing volunteer, a newbie or just curios, come along and meet our friendly crowd and experience their passion for using photography to benefit people in needy communities.
We're scheduled for a short evening in which we will:
- Recap and review on the 2011 Free Portraits programme;
- Announce the dates and details for Volunteer Workshops in August;
- Announce the details of the 2012 Season Opening Free Portraits Event to be held on Saturday 1 September 2012;
- Share the details of the portrait events scheduled up to and including the 2012 Closing Season Event on Help-Portrait day, Saturday 8 December 2012; and
- Announce new initiatives that will run alongside the free portrait events.
