Hello Team SF,

We have the ability to make a big impact with this project. As we all know, SF has the people in need and the talent to help them. With the big day just 34 days away, we should all start planning. Our first meeting will be meeting at the Mission Beach Cafe @ 9am on Nov 8th...198 Guerrero St, SF.

Possible Agenda:
1) Introductions
2) Share resources - gear, hook-ups, contacts
3) Discuss Locations (indoor/outdoor)
4) Plan to get the word out - facebook, craigslist, churchs, etc...
5) Commitments & Next Steps

Also, my wife can do make up, she will look into getting a donation from Sephora or other make-up store. I have contacted my printing vendor to see what they can do for prints for the event also.
