Event Description
The Help_Portrait event for 12/12, has come together beautifully. We have five photographers, 10 makeup artists, one videographer, one deli donating food, and several people willing to do anything that's needed.
We'll be shooting aprox. 30-40 families.

Hi Steve, thanks for the update. I guess we are not meeting before hand to discuss equipment, workflow, etc. Or should we show up an hour early to discuss these items?
